“We hired Troy to finish our basement which was a sizeable undertaking, given it’s almost 3,000 square feet. He kept everyone on schedule, (despite working during COVID while there was a huge demand for construction. He kept the project within the budget. He managed all the contractors and drove them to deliver exactly what we asked for on a timely fashion. When issues came up, he was able to find creative solutions around them. When we wanted any changes, he would roll with it. It became very apparent that his focus was to make us happy with the product. He had a barn door built for us, a beautiful feature wall and mantle from recycled barn wood which we love, he was able to find us a plumber that would install a tub filler in the ceiling, our electrician installed lights into the stair risers, our gym has floor to ceiling mirrors and glass doors which look amazing. He was able to build the custom shower that we designed. This list goes on…we are completely thrilled with our basement. After this experience, I realize how many things could have gone wrong, and how critical it is to hire a strong GC. Troy is that guy; he is a force of nature in his discipline and we are so fortunate to have found him. Given the choice again, we would hire him in a heartbeat. He is true gem.”
